After hours emergency
Above OCM does not have a just a single number to call for all after hours emergencies – it is different for each precinct.
For any maintenance concerns which cannot wait for the following business day, please call your building manager, whose contact details are below.
In the event of a security emergency, please call the police on 000.
An after-hours call for a matter that is not an owners corporation emergency may incur a charge of $50, to be paid by the party who placed the call.
Please note that locking yourself out of your apartment or dropping your keys down the lift (for example) are not owners corporation emergencies.
